Based from the Lutterworth office, you'll also have the opportunity to travel across multiple sites (pool car provided), building strong, credible relationships with senior leadership teams and influencing outcomes on the ground. No two days will be the same.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing hands-on, pragmatic HR support across multiple sites.
  • Play a key role in employee relations, leading investigations and guiding managers through complex cases with confidence and integrity.
  • Ensure a fair, consistent, and compliant approach to people management aligned with best practice and company values.
  • Support the delivery of people initiatives that drive engagement, performance, and organisational growth.
  • Partner with hiring managers to attract top talent, offering insight into both blue- and white-collar recruitment trends.
