Long-term work Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for safely directing and managing vehicles and site traffic, assisting with deliveries and ensuring the safe movement of vehicles and pedestrians around the site. Key Responsibilities: Directing vehicles and plant safely around the site
Managing site traffic and assisting with vehicle movements
Guiding vehicles during reversing and manoeuvring
Assisting with deliveries and ensuring safe access to the site
Maintaining safe pedestrian and vehicle routes
Communicating clearly with drivers, plant operators and site staff
Following site instructions and health and safety procedures
Requirements: Minimum 4 years' experience as a Traffic Marshall/Banksman
Relevant Traffic Marshall/Banksman qualification or card
Full PPE
Good understanding of construction site health and safety
Reliable and punctual
Able to provide a valid work reference
