The Opportunity Reporting to senior group leadership, you will take full responsibility for the operational, commercial, and strategic performance of the business.
You will lead specialist technical and support teams while acting as the senior commercial representative for the business in the market.
A significant part of the role involves developing existing client relationships, engaging with prospective customers, identifying opportunities for growth, and converting those opportunities into sustainable revenue streams.
You will be expected to spend time in front of customers, developers, contractors, logistics operators, consultants, and key industry stakeholders, positioning the business as the partner of choice within its specialist markets.

Proven leadership experience within a technical, engineering, consultancy, surveying, testing, construction, or related environment.
A strong commercial mindset and demonstrable experience delivering revenue growth and improving business performance.
Significant experience operating in a client-facing role and building relationships at senior decision-maker level.
A proven ability to identify opportunities, win new business, and develop long-term customer partnerships.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required.
Experience within industrial flooring, warehousing, logistics, automation, or specialist technical services would be advantageous but is not essential.
