A great opportunity has arisen for a Logistics and Operations Coordinator to join a dynamic business in London at their Park Royal site. Established for over 25 years, the company is a very successful creator, blender, and bottler of high-end spirits, known for combining craftsmanship with innovation. With a presence in more than 20 international markets, and an ambitious growth strategy, the business is on an exciting upward trajectory. Reporting into the Commercial Director, and as part of the commercial team, the role of Logistics and Operations Coordinator is an essential function that sits at the heart of operations, pulling together the smooth coordination of orders, inventory, logistics and customer communication across the business. By combining strong administrative, logistics, and communication skills, you will help deliver a seamless customer experience while ensuring efficient order fulfilment and stock management.
In order to achieve this, you will need solid experience with ERP systems, have hands-on warehouse/inventory/stock management experience, including preparing a weekly stock inventory report, act as a key customer contact providing information on products, pricing, stock availability, and delivery timelines. You will also have proven experience in import/export administration to ensure export documentation compliance.
To succeed in this role, key attributes include strong analytical, numerical, organisational and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. With an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment you will be a confident communicator with the ability to liaise across multiple teams and external partners.
This is a great opportunity to join a very friendly, dynamic, team-oriented and customer focused team, and be part of a successful, expanding business. This is a Mon to Fri position, working 9am to 6pm.
