The Role
As a Line Leader, you\βll be responsible for leading a team on the production line, ensuring daily targets are met while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Leading, motivating and supporting a team of operatives
Driving production performance to meet targets and product specifications
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and quality standards
Completing and maintaining accurate paperwork and system records
Using onsite IT and Warehouse Management Systems
Supporting audits (internal and external)
Training and developing new starters
Acting as a role model for best practice on the shop floor
Working hands-on alongside your team
Supporting with general production duties as required
What We\βre Looking For:
Previous experience in a similar production or manufacturing environment
Experience leading or supervising a team (preferred)
A proactive, \βcan-do\β attitude
Strong communication and motivational skills
Basic IT skills
Willingness to learn and develop
Pay:
Β£12.21 per hour during training (first 2 weeks)
Β£14.21 per hour after successful completion of training
Shifts:
β 06:00 β 14:00
β 14:00 β 22:00
