Our client based in Scunthorpe is a manufacturer of corrugated board, supplying customers throughout the UK. They currently have an exciting opportunity for experienced Forklift Driver to join their team as soon as possible! The role will be temporary initially, but does have the potential to become permanent depending on performance. The shifts are rotating, working 6am-2pm, 10pm-6am and 2pm-10pm Monday to Friday. The pay rate is £13.49 per hour, with an increase available if you are offered a permanent contract (after 12 weeks). Please note, this will be a varied role that combines forklift driving with production operative duties in a busy manufacturing environment. We are also looking for someone who is willing to undergo training for a Clamp conversion. Duties will include: Operating a counterbalance/clamp forklift to safely move raw materials and finished goods Loading and unloading deliveries Supplying production lines with materials Assisting with packing, stacking and palletising finished products Supporting production operations as required Carrying out quality checks on finished products Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area Following all health
