Our client, established in 1959, has developed successful operations in key business areas, including Authorised Distributors for Renault Trucks, Isuzu Trucks, Trailers, Rental and Contract Hire, body work and repair. We are a leading provider within our industry, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
The main purpose of the role is to be responsible for delivering profitable growth in Renault Trucks Medium and Heavy Duty vehicle sales across the clients Group territory.
The role focuses on:
- Value-based selling
- Territory development

Sales & Territory Management
- Own and develop a defined MHD sales territory, maximising market share and penetration.
- Proactively identify, target, and convert new business opportunities while protecting and growing existing accounts.
- Build structured account plans for key fleet and regional customers.
- Deliver agreed unit, margin, and mix targets in line with Renault Trucks and the clients Group objectives.
- Promote total cost of ownership (TCO) and customer lifetime value in every sales engagement.
- Actively promote Renault Trucks' zero-emission and EV-ready MHD solutions.
- Support customer energy-transition discussions, trials, and pilot projects.
CRM & Sales Discipline
- Fully adopt and embed Pipedrive CRM as the core sales management tool.
- Operate within the clients structured sales cadence, reporting, and governance framework.
- Work closely with Sales Support, Aftersales, Rental (CVR), and Finance teams to deliver a seamless customer journey.
- Ensure high-quality sales handovers and post-delivery follow-up.
- Represent the Group and Renault Trucks professionally at customer events, demonstrations, and OEM initiatives.

- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within commercial vehicles, trucks, plant, or capital equipment.
