Barker Ross is recruiting a Line Leader for a fast-paced co-pack operation in Coalville. This is an exciting chance to step into a leadership role with a world-leading food and beverage company, offering long-term stability, career development, and the opportunity to lead a motivated production team.

Pay & Shift:

  • Pay rate starts at £12.71 p/h (you will be required to work as an operative until training is completed) and will change to £14.71 p/h after.
  • PM shift 14:00 - 22:00.

As a Line Leader, you will:

  • Oversee your production line, ensuring daily targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Lead, motivate, and support a team of production operatives.
  • Drive production to meet targets and product specifications.
  • Maintain health, safety, hygiene, and quality compliance.
  • Complete accurate paperwork and use IT/Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Train and develop new team members.
  • Assist with general production duties.

Experience:

  • Experience in production or manufacturing (food production experience preferred).

Ongoing, regular work with onsite parking and canteen facilities. Opportunity to work for a growing, global food company with clear career progression and leadership development.
