Hours:
15 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with possible additional 3-hour weekend shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean communal areas, including hallways, staircases, courtyards, paths and bin stores.
- Vacuum, dust, sweep, mop and carry out litter picking.
- Clean windows within easy reach.
- Keep cleaning equipment and storage areas secure.
- Report any repairs or maintenance issues.
- Follow health and safety procedures and COSHH guidelines.
Requirements:
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Able to follow cleaning schedules and use own initiative.
