Barker Ross is looking for a motivated Production Line Leader to join our Desborough team. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and motivate a team of packers on the production line
- Ensure packing operations are accurate, efficient, and meet quality standards
- Monitor production performance and address issues promptly
- Coordinate with other departments to maintain workflow
- Train and support new team members
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Reliable, punctual, and dedicated
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Safety-conscious around machinery and MHE operations
- Strong work ethic and hands-on leadership
- Full safety gear provided (hair net, overalls, gloves, safety boots)
