The role: £14.02 per hour Monday to Friday 40 hours per week AM and PM shifts available Start date: ASAP Long-term opportunity Potential for permanent employment What you'll be doing: You'll be supporting the day-to-day operation and helping to keep everything running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: Dealing with customer enquiries Investigating shipments Managing failed deliveries and collections Data entry and updating internal systems Communicating with drivers, customers and other stations Following processes and ensuring information is accurate Working to deadlines in a busy environment We're looking for someone who: Is confident using computers and can learn new systems quickly Has good attention to detail Is comfortable working with data and emails Can work independently and use their own initiative Is confident communicating with different people Works well as part of a team Is reliable, professional and willing to learn Can stay organised and work well under pressure Previous experience in operations, administration, customer service, logistics, transport or a similar role would be beneficial.
