Barker Ross is looking for reliable and enthusiastic Packing Operatives to join our client's busy production team in Desborough. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking for stable, ongoing work in a controlled production environment. No prior experience is required - full training will be provided.

Shift & Pay: Monday to Friday Either 06:00 - 14:00 or 14:00 - 22:00

Your Role:

  • Packing finished chocolate products on a production line
  • Ensuring products meet quality standards before packing
  • Working at a steady, consistent pace to meet production targets
  • Sealing, wrapping, and labelling finished goods accurately
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workstation
  • Working as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment
