Our Public Sector client based in Huddersfield requires a Business Support Administrator to work within the Training Department. The main purpose of the role is to cleanse their Learning Management System. The role is for 3 months initially with the chance to extend and the hourly rate is £13.26 per hour.

Job Description:

  • Cleaning the Learning Management System
  • Create new thumbnails for different resources
  • Pull reports on the resources we have on the system to evaluate how often a resource has been accessed
  • Disable resources that haven't been accessed or have low access numbers
  • Find owners of the resources
  • Contact owners to see if learning is still relevant; if not, disable the resource
  • Remove leavers from the group

Essential for the role will be:
