We are supporting a well-established and highly regarded Leicester-based retailer in the recruitment of a Human Resources Administrator. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity within a fast-paced and growing business known for delivering outstanding service and investing in its people. As the HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Human Resources team with a range of administrative and organisational tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop within HR and support the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate HR records, ensuring compliance with GDPR and employment requirements.
- Run weekly timesheet reports for payroll and assist with related documentation.
- Manage the HR inbox and resolve day-to-day internal queries.
- Coordinate recruitment administration and support onboarding activities.
- Provide clerical and administrative assistance to senior HR team members.
- Assist with internal communications and updates to staff and managers.
- Support continuous improvement of internal processes within the HR function.
- Contribute to operational and strategic HR projects as required.
Person Profile:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is essential.
- Knowledge of HR processes is beneficial but not essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and able to handle sensitive data confidentially.
- Comfortable working in a busy, time-sensitive environment.
