Groundworks Labour Gang Wanted (3-5 Operatives)
Location: Britol ( BS2)
Start Date: 5th May 2025
Duration: 8-10 Weeks
Rate: £20-£22 Per Hour

We're currently seeking a reliable and experienced groundworks gang (3 to 5 Operatives) for a range of civil works on a busy site. This is a great opportunity for a tight-knit gang who work well together and can deliver high-quality results.


Scope of Works Includes:
  • Installation of new footpaths including excavation, sub-base construction, and edgings (tarmac by others)

  • Installation of new foul drainage beneath an existing building slab, including trench back fill with mass concrete and slab reinstatement

  • Saw cutting, excavation, and pouring of concrete pad foundations for new steel columns - including setting out and installing holding down bolts

  • Construction of a new concrete plant plinth

  • Saw cutting, excavation, and installation of service ducts

  • Excavation and pouring of concrete foundations for new blockwork walls


Requirements:
  • A gang of 3-5 experienced groundworkers

  • At least one Excavator and one dumper operator required within the gang

  • Proven experience with similar groundwork packages

  • CSCS cards essential

  • CPCS/NPORS for machine/dumper ops
