Your Role - Making a Real Impact

  • Personalised Care Support: Helping clients maintain their independence through compassionate and respectful personal care.
  • Enhancing Daily Living: Supporting with meal preparation, household tasks, and medication reminders.
  • Bringing Joy & Connection: Providing companionship and escorting clients to social activities, shopping, or appointments.
  • Empowering Wellbeing: Using the PERMA model to integrate purpose, engagement, and social connection into everyday care.
  • Person-Centred Approach: Monitoring and recording care needs to ensure tailored, high-quality support.

What You'll Bring

  • A passion for supporting people to live fulfilling and independent lives.
  • NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Experience in domiciliary or community care.
  • A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential due to travel requirements).
  • The ability to work flexible shifts, including some evenings and weekends.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
  • The right to work in the UK. (We are not currently able to offer Visa Sponsorship.)
