Our well-established client is based in Corby, and Barker Ross Group are currently supporting them with an exciting opportunity for an experienced Engineering Manager to join the team on a full time, permanent basis!
The hours of work will be 7:30am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday, along with biweekly on call rotation duties. The salary offered is £65,000 per annum.
You will be responsible for the Engineering Department and leading a team of Multi Skilled Engineers. We are looking for someone who has a proven track record as an Engineering Manager as well as being a qualified Engineer with time-served experience.
Key Tasks:- Line management of a team of multi skilled engineers
- PPM and reactive maintenance schedule management
- Budget responsibility for the engineering department
- KPI metrics and analysis
- Continuous improvement and compliance management
- Health & safety management of the department
- Experienced Engineering Manager
- Degree qualified or equivalent industry experience
- FMCG automated warehouse experience
- Ability to produce and present KPI reports and performance metrics
Please note, own transport will be required due to the remote location of the site.
