Barker Ross are currently recruiting for a Welfare Cleaner to work on a construction site in Brighton, East Sussex.
Location: Brighton, East Sussex - BN2
Start Date: Friday 11th September 2026
Duration: Friday 11th September to Monday 21st September 2026
Working Hours: 7:30am - 6:00pm
Paid Hours: 9.5 hours per day
Pay Rate: £16.71 per hour (Umbrella)
Duties
-
Cleaning welfare facilities and communal areas on a construction site

Emptying bins and maintaining a clean and tidy environment
-
Cleaning toilets, canteen and other welfare areas
-
Following site health and safety procedures
-
Ensuring cleaning standards are maintained throughout the working day
Requirements
-
Valid CSCS Card
-
Previous cleaning experience, preferably on a construction site
-
Right to Work in the UK
-
Full PPE, including:
-
Hi-vis
-
Hard hat
-
Safety boots
-
Gloves
-
Safety glasses
-
Candidates must be available for the full duration of the assignment and be able to reliably travel to Brighton, BN2.
