The role:
£14.02 per hourMonday to Friday40 hours per weekAM and PM shifts availableStart date: ASAPLong-term opportunityPotential for permanent employmentWhat you'll be doing: You'll be supporting the day-to-day operation and helping to keep everything running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
Dealing with customer enquiriesInvestigating shipmentsManaging failed deliveries and collectionsData entry and updating internal systemsCommunicating with drivers, customers and other stationsFollowing processes and ensuring information is accurateWorking to deadlines in a busy environmentWe're looking for someone who: Is confident using computers and can learn new systems quicklyHas good attention to detailIs comfortable working with data and emailsCan work independently and use their own initiativeIs confident communicating with different peopleWorks well as part of a teamIs reliable, professional and willing to learnCan stay organised and work well under pressurePrevious experience in operations, administration, customer service, logistics, transport or a similar role would be beneficial.
