Full-time, Permanent We are looking for a proactive and hands-on
Grounds Maintenance & Cleaning Team Leader
to join our team. Applicants based around the
Chichester area
are preferred, but you must be happy to travel to various sites across
Sussex and Hampshire . Key responsibilities: Conduct regular site checks and cleaning/grounds maintenance inspections.
Quote jobs and arrange additional works.
Report repairs and maintenance requirements in communal areas.
Advise the manager of equipment and materials required.
Ensure all machinery is safe and in good working order.
Carry out grounds maintenance including mowing, weeding, strimming and litter picking.
Carry out cleaning duties including mopping, dusting and sweeping.
Key requirements: Knowledge of COSHH and safe use of cleaning chemicals.
Experience in cleaning services.
Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 12 months.
Proven team leading/supervisory experience.
Professional cleaning experience.
