Our national teams deliver rapid-response housing repairs, maintenance, and improvement services to ensure that our residents' homes are safe and maintained to a high standard.\ N About the role \n \ NWe are looking for an Advanced Electrician to join our London team, delivering responsive repairs. This is a permanent role, working 40 hours per week covering the hours between 8am - 7pm Monday - Friday plus Saturday morning. The later shift and Saturday morning working is delivered on a rota basis. The role also includes participation in an out-of-hours callout rota, which comes with an additional payment.\ N \nTo ensure timely access to our residents, the successful candidate must live within the TW + UB postcode areas. A full UK driving licence is essential. A basic DBS check is required, which will be paid for by Guinness.\ N Essential requirements of the role \ N \n \n Certificated Electrician qualifications and demonstrated experience in domestic and commercial electrical works. \ N Proven knowledge and experience in electrical fixed wire testing, installing, and maintaining up to 230v/415v. \ N Ability to correctly complete the relevant certifications, follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information. \ N Ability to accurately interpret technical data
