We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Caretaker / Cleaner to support a residential site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out general caretaker duties
- Cleaning and maintaining communal areas
- Ensuring shared areas are clean, safe, and presentable
- Completing general site checks and reporting any issues
- Assisting with basic site maintenance duties where required
- Following all health and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning or caretaker experience is preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Good attention to detail
- Available for the full assignment period
