Barker Ross is recruiting for a Caretaker for one of our clients\β based in Oxted (RH8).
Our client is a community-facing, people-first business that delivers, manages and maintains communities and places β including multi-tenure housing, schools, open spaces, public and private buildings, retail schemes, distribution centres, manufacturing plants, utilities and broadband networks.
Location: Oxted, RH8
Payrate: Β£14/h weekly pay
Hours: 8am to 4pm
Monday to Friday
Start: ASAP
Duties:
β Carrying out general maintanance an repairs, including basic plumbing
β Ensuring the areas responsible for are maintaned to high standards.
-Supervising the on site cleaning operative.
β Carrying out building checks and reporting to management.
β Ensuring Complience with relevant statutury reqirments, inculding Health and Safety.
Requitments:
β Good comunication and Customer Service.
β Maintanace and Repairs experience, including working with power tools.
β Demonstrate excellent understanding of health & safety regulations and considerations.
β Good use of initiative, and proactive in identifying priority tasks.
