We're recruiting for an experienced Slitting Operator to join a well-established manufacturing business supplying packaging solutions into the healthcare sector. This is a permanent opportunity offering excellent earning potential, long-term stability, and a great shift pattern that provides regular time off throughout the month.

What you'll be doing:

  • Setting and operating slitting/converting machinery
  • Monitoring product quality and production output
  • Completing production documentation accurately
  • Troubleshooting minor machine issues
  • Maintaining high housekeeping and safety standards

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience operating slitting machinery within a manufacturing or production environment
  • Confident setting and operating converting/slitting equipment
  • Strong attention to quality and safety standards
  • Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts (06:00-18:00/18:00-06:00)
  • Own transport due to site location
