We're recruiting for a Lamination Assistant to join a well-established manufacturing business supplying packaging solutions into the healthcare sector. This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing or warehouse experience and a valid Counterbalance FLT licence looking for a stable, long-term role with training and progression. VNA training will be provided.
What you'll be doing:
- Assisting the Lamination Operator with production and material supply
- Using SAP to locate, issue and return materials
- Loading/unloading reels and wrapping finished goods
- Operating Counterbalance FLT and other handling equipment safely
- Carrying out daily checks and supporting end-of-order duties
- Maintaining housekeeping, 5S standards and safe working practices
- Supporting waste segregation, cleaning tasks and continuous improvement activities
What we're looking for:
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
- Experience in manufacturing, warehouse or production environments
- Good attention to detail and safety awareness
- Team player with a proactive approach
- Willingness to train on VNA
- Own transport due to site location
