Our client is an established producer of high quality pet foods based in North Scarle, Lincoln and they currently have an exciting opportunity for a Process Operative to join their team as soon as possible! The role will involve working a rotating shift pattern of both days and night shift, 06:00-18:00 and 18:00-06:00. The shifts can be explained further at interview stage. The role will be temporary on going initially with a view to be offered a permanent contract depending upon performance. The pay rate for the role is £14.00 per hour. Duties of the role will include: – Running a mill including loading bulk via FLT and hand added ingredients for grinding and transfer to extrusion incl. all necessary technical checks and recording Running the extruder, dryer, coater cooler and bulk storage incl. all necessary technical checks and recording Capture, segregation, and transfer of waste for rework Clean as you go, and wider site cleaning as and when required To be considered for the role you will need to have a background within manufacturing, preferably in food or FMCG and be available to start work as soon as possible.
