Grounds Maintenance Operatives Wanted – Temp-to-Perm Opportunity We are currently recruiting for Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join our dedicated and hard-working team, with the opportunity to progress into a permanent position. You will be based in LE67, Heather. Pay Rate: £14.21 per hour Contract Type: Temp-to-Perm Start Date: Immediate Start Available About the Role: As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality ground\’s maintenance work across various commercial and public sites throughout the Midlands – covering areas from Northampton to as far north as Sheffield. This is a physically active, hands-on role suited to individuals who enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions and are comfortable with early starts and travelling to different locations.
