We create purposeful, engaging campaigns that deliver measurable results β from media coverage and stakeholder engagement to strategic brand positioning and live events. Our work spans PR, social, events, marketing campaigns, content and partnerships, always underpinned by curiosity, collaboration and creativity.
You'll work directly with one of our Brand Leads across a portfolio that includes a leading B2B software brand operating across multiple sectors (veterinary, pharmacy, primary care and a wider healthcare portfolio), a fast-growing dental tech brand, and additional B2B accounts across the healthcare and dental sector.
Responsibilities include:
- Taking account coordination off the senior team, running the weekly client rhythm yourself, drafting and distributing press releases at pace, briefing internal specialists (design, social, editorial) and ensuring nothing falls between the cracks.
- Delivering a flagship B2B industry event cleanly β owning the project plan end-to-end, managing registration flow and email sequences, briefing keynote speakers, coordinating the sector press release programme, and managing on-day logistics.
- Launching a flagship sector research report alongside the event β completing survey deployment and response chasing, managing partner coordination, and executing report production hand-off with our editorial and design teams.
- Maintaining a clean weekly rhythm across all accounts β ensuring status, measurement, coverage reports and team calls run without senior intervention.
- Owning end-to-end project plans for event delivery, with a major industry event scheduled for late September being the immediate priority.
- Managing registration flows, attendee guest list management, email sequences and post-event follow-up.
- Coordinating venue, suppliers, AV, branding, photography and videography for live events.
- Running the weekly and bi-weekly client call rhythm across your accounts.
- Investing in systems that make processes less manual and helping shape that.
- Managing high-profile keynote speakers and sector KOLs coordination logistics (briefings, scheduling, follow-up) on programmes the Brand Lead is steering strategically.
- Deploying surveys and chasing responses on data-led campaigns.
- Tracking time accurately against your accounts β we run a transparent capacity-and-fees model and time data drives our planning.
- Helping shape re-scopes when needed.
- Demonstrating event project management β having owned at least one live trade or industry event end-to-end.
- Writing tight releases, hitting the right trade contacts, chasing placement and writing up coverage without supervision.
- Confidently running an account day-to-day β having owned a client relationship at AM (or strong SAE) level.
- Exhibiting sharp written English and clear verbal communication.
- Being comfortable with multi-stakeholder client environments (working across multiple sector heads, MDs and central CEO/CMO simultaneously).
- Having a genuine interest in healthcare, dental, veterinary or wellness sectors is an advantage.
- Familiarity with tools such as Cision, Canva, Mailchimp, social scheduling platforms, CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) and project management tools.
