You will be responsible for handling a varied portfolio of claims, acting as a key point of contact for clients and guiding them through the claims journey with professionalism, empathy and technical expertise.
Working closely with insurers, loss adjusters, brokers and other stakeholders, you'll help ensure claims are progressed efficiently while delivering outstanding service levels.
Providing clear advice to clients regarding policy cover, claims progress and settlements.
Building strong relationships with clients, insurers and internal colleagues
We are seeking Claims handlers with good Commercial Insurance experience and excellent communication and relationship-building skills. The successful candidate will have strong organisational abilities and have experience liaising with insurers, loss adjusters and external stakeholders. For the higher end of the salary range, we need Claims professionals that can analyse claims data and make informed recommendations for risk mitigation or trend identification.
