We’re seeking a Senior Property & Casualty Underwriter to drive new business growth across Mid-Market and Mid-Corporate risks. You’ll play a key role in shaping the branch’s success—building broker relationships, leading large-case management, and underwriting profitable new business while supporting and influencing the wider underwriting team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the business on larger, complex Mid-Market and Mid-Corporate risks.
  • Negotiate coverage, wordings and pricing alongside Trading Underwriters.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of quality new business opportunities.
  • Lead the large-case process and act as a referral point for the team.
  • Develop strong broker relationships and deliver a clear distribution strategy.
