The role
- Lead complex Construction and Delay claims from investigation through to settlement.
- Produce high‑quality reports, loss assessments and technical submissions.
- Work directly with insurers, loss adjusters and major clients including developers, contractors and financial institutions.
- Focus on Construction Material Damage and Delay in Start‑Up claims, with scope to expand into wider property losses.
Experience
- Background as a construction loss adjuster, surveyor, engineer or senior claims manager.
- Chartered professional qualification (e.g., MIChemE, CEng, MRICS, ACILA).
- Strong experience managing complex construction claims.
- Excellent communication, analytical and spreadsheet skills.
