Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of a designated portfolio of commercial clients, acting as their trusted first point of contact and delivering a consistently high level of service.
- Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts with premiums typically ranging from £20,000 to £200,000.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Handle mid-term adjustments, renewals, and general policy queries.
- Liaise confidently with clients via phone and email.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Solid commercial insurance experience gained within broking.
- Confidence in managing client relationships and handling a varied workload.
