The role:
- Lead complex Construction and Delay claims from investigation through to settlement.
- Produce high‑quality reports, loss assessments and technical submissions.
- Work directly with insurers, loss adjusters and major clients including developers, contractors and financial institutions.
- Focus on Construction Material Damage and Delay in Start‑Up claims, with scope to expand into wider property losses.
Experience:
- Background as a construction loss adjuster, surveyor, engineer or senior claims manager.
- Strong experience managing complex construction claims.
- Excellent communication, analytical and spreadsheet skills.
What sets you apart:
- Solid CAR claims experience working for the insurance market and/or policyholders.
- Experience collaborating with engineers and delay experts on CAR claims desirable.
