The role:

  • Lead complex Construction and Delay claims from investigation through to settlement.
  • Produce high‑quality reports, loss assessments and technical submissions.
  • Work directly with insurers, loss adjusters and major clients including developers, contractors and financial institutions.
  • Focus on Construction Material Damage and Delay in Start‑Up claims, with scope to expand into wider property losses.

Experience:

  • Background as a construction loss adjuster, surveyor, engineer or senior claims manager.
  • Strong experience managing complex construction claims.
  • Excellent communication, analytical and spreadsheet skills.

  • Solid CAR claims experience working for the insurance market and/or policyholders.
