The Role
- Generate and qualify new business leads
- Make outbound calls, send emails and engage with local businesses
- Attend networking events, shows and community activities
- Support marketing campaigns and follow up activity
- Build relationships with local organisations
- Manage activity through CRM systems
- Ensure all work meets compliance standards
You’ll then rotate through Personal Insurance, Commercial Insurance, Claims and Customer Service to build a full understanding of agency operations.

- Confident communicator with Sales or customer service experience
- Comfortable speaking with new people
- Self-motivated, energetic and proactive
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Team focused with a positive attitude
