Senior Personal Injury Negotiator

Barker Munro recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an extremely professional motor insurance organisation who are recognised as being a superb employer.
We have a rare opportunity for a Senior Personal Injury negotiator to join the team so are delighted to be assisting with this position.
The successful applicant will have the following qualities:
- Experience of negotiation complex Motor personal injury claims to settlement within either an Insurer or Solicitor (defendant).
- Experience of dealing with claims of a high authority level (between 55k to 125k).
- Liability and indemnity experience.
- Experience of using MOJ and OIC portals.
- Experience of dealing with Jurisdiction claims, including English, Scottish and Irish claims.
Working Monday to Friday, this role offers flexibility to work from home up to 4 days a week after completing a 3-month probation. The benefits package includes a generous Pension, holiday, training, and well-being support.
