A great opportunity to start your career in insurance with a respected well-known insurance organisation to join an 18-month structured development programme, starting within the new business Lead Generator placement before rotating through all key areas of the business.

The Role

  • Generate and qualify new business leads
  • Make outbound calls, send emails and engage with local businesses
  • Attend networking events, shows and community activities
  • Support marketing campaigns and follow up activity
  • Build relationships with local organisations
  • Manage activity through CRM systems
  • Ensure all work meets compliance standards

You'll then rotate through Personal Insurance, Commercial Insurance, Claims and Customer Service to build a full understanding of agency operations.

  • Confident communicator with Sales or customer service experience
