Motor Claims Handler
Barker Munro Recruitment are working with a well-known UK Insurance brand that is currently looking to recruit into their Kent office with the acquisition of a Motor Claims Handler.
Responsibilities
- Provide a professional claims service to clients regarding their Motor claims, including new claims, claim issues or updating the client on the status of their claim at appropriate intervals.
- Manage a caseload of approximately 350 claims and work closely with management.
- Attend face to face meetings with clients.
- Be exposed to all lines of claims in this role, including AD, Fleet, TP and some small Personal Injury claims on behalf of the larger Commercial vehicle book.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate motor claims knowledge from within the UK insurance market.
- Personal Injury Claims knowledge is a real differentiator.
Working Arrangement
- Hybrid working model: 2 days working from home and the rest in the office with the team in Kent.
