Barker Munro Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly respected insurance broker for a New Business Executive to join their Commercial Insurance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated insurance professional who enjoys generating and converting new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting business growth by proactively identifying prospects, securing new clients, and providing specialist insurance advice.
The Role
Working within a busy and successful commercial team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, providing tailored insurance solutions, and managing the sales process from initial contact through to successful placement.
This role will suit either an experienced insurance New Business developer or a Commercial broker looking to further their career into Sales or a highly successful Sales executive keen to move into insurance. The basic salary will be dependent on your experience but you will also be rewarded with an uncapped commission package.
Hours are 8.30am - 17.15pm, Monday to Friday, You will work in the office each day until probation and then have the option to work one day a week from home if required.
