The Role
- You will manage a varied caseload of EL, PL and Products liability claims, including both injury and property damage.
- Working closely with adjusters, you’ll handle claims from first notification through to settlement, ensuring accurate investigation, assessment and negotiation throughout.
- Managing your own portfolio of liability claims.
- Liaising with policyholders, brokers, solicitors and third parties.
- Assessing liability, gathering evidence and preparing reports.
- Supporting field adjusters with investigation and documentation.
- Ensuring timely, fair and commercially sound claim outcomes.
