Barker Munro Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a respected loss adjusting business seeking an experienced Liability Claims Handler to join their growing team.

The Role

  • You will manage a varied caseload of EL, PL and Products liability claims, including both injury and property damage.
  • Working closely with adjusters, you’ll handle claims from first notification through to settlement, ensuring accurate investigation, assessment and negotiation throughout.
  • Managing your own portfolio of liability claims.
  • Liaising with policyholders, brokers, solicitors and third parties.
  • Assessing liability, gathering evidence and preparing reports.
  • Supporting field adjusters with investigation and documentation.
  • Ensuring timely, fair and commercially sound claim outcomes.

  • Previous experience handling EL/PL/Products liability claims.
