Barker Munro recruitment are working with this incredible business who are seeking a tenacious New Business Insurance Executive to join a high-performing team in the South East.
The business is a Top 50 UK insurance powerhouse with a reputation for innovation, integrity, and client-first solutions, backed by decades of industry expertise and a culture that rewards ambition. The role will sit within the South East region and although ideally linked to the Kent hub, there is scope to sit across multiple sites in Kent and Surrey office.
As a New Business Executive, you’ll be the driving force behind the growth strategy—identifying, engaging, and converting new commercial clients across a range of sectors. You’ll work with warm leads, lapsed clients, and your own network to build a thriving book of business, generating a pipeline of prospects to develop and go after. You must be confident in developing your own business but will also be helped with leads and campaigns.
Responsibilities
