A respected and fast growing brokerage in North London is seeking an ambitious High Net Worth Insurance Broker to join their specialist private clients team. With a book of around £10m GWP across MNW and HNW personal lines, this is a role for someone who thrives on building relationships, converting warm leads, and delivering a genuinely consultative service.

You’ll join a well established team with a strong reputation in the HNW market, working with affluent clients who expect attention to detail, discretion, and a high touch service. This isn’t a reactive role – you’ll be encouraged to bring energy, ideas, and a commercial mindset to help grow the book further.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of MNW/HNW clients across home, motor, and lifestyle risks
  • Handle new business enquiries with confidence, converting leads into long term relationships
  • Provide tailored advice and exceptional service to discerning clients
  • Work closely with insurers and underwriters to negotiate competitive terms
  • Support renewal retention and identify cross sell opportunities
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and credibility at all times
