Barker Munro Recruitment is assisting a respected, family-owned, small insurance broker to recruit a SME Account handler to join the team. You’ll handle a range of Commercial Lines policies (SMEs, property owners, shops, restaurants, fleets, liabilities), with a strong focus on new business.
Key tasks include:
- Processing MTAs, renewals and new business quotes
- Providing excellent client service via phone, email and face‑to‑face
- Understanding client needs and offering effective insurance solutions
- Spotting cross‑sell opportunities and gaps in cover
