The Role
- Cold calling & outbound lead generation (non‑negotiable)
- Build and manage your own pipeline
- Convert inbound/outbound leads into quoted and bound business
- Conduct fact‑finds and prepare strong insurer submissions
- Negotiate competitive terms with insurers and specialist markets
- Present options clearly, close confidently, and hand over clean files
- Track activity, conversion and written income
- Maintain compliant onboarding and accurate documentation

- Commercial clients with premiums from £5k–£300k, across: Motor/Fleet • Liability • Material Damage • Cyber • Management Liability
