Customer Service Advisor Barker Munro recruitment have a new role as a Customer Service Advisor working for a long established insurance broker with an exceptional reputation for customer service within their specialist field. This role offers a great opportunity to further your insurance career and will support you in your CII studies. We are looking for an ambitious individual who is capable of providing outstanding customer service to new and existing clients. This opportunity will suit someone who ideally already has a track record of delivering customer service but equally we are open to applications from individuals who are seeking an opportunity to get your ‘foot in the door’ for a career within the customer service world. The role of Insurance Advisor is a multi-faceted role, which requires the ability to multi task and understand the need to create and maintain long term relationships with customers. As a self-motivated friendly individual, there will be an expectation to show initiative, be organised and be driven to provide fantastic service, expert advice to clients and support the Agents in handling existing insurance accounts.
