This is a senior role overseeing the full motor claims notification journey—online, offline, and Third‑Party Intervention—while driving service excellence, operational performance, and commercial results.
What the role involves:
- Leading and developing the teams (around 90 FTE) to deliver excellent customer outcomes and strong financial performance.
- Driving key change initiatives and delivering indemnity improvements valued at £30m annually.
- Working with stakeholders to enhance digital notification journeys and increase online adoption.
- Achieving strong commercial results by growing non‑risk income, reducing indemnity spend, and minimising leakage.
