Legal Counsel / Senior Legal Counsel (4+ PQE) – Solihull, hybrid working (1 day per week in the office, central location). A fantastic opportunity for a commercial lawyer - whether from private practice or an in-house background - to join a forward-thinking, high-quality employer with a genuinely supportive culture. Working as part of a close-knit legal team alongside the Head of Legal and another Legal Counsel, this role offers a broad and interesting remit with real exposure to the business and its strategic priorities.
Responsibilities
- Drafting, negotiating and advising on a wide range of commercial and technology contracts, including SaaS
- Advising on GDPR, regulatory and IP matters
- Managing legal risk and supporting dispute resolution
- Policy development, governance and compliance
- Partnering closely with stakeholders across procurement, sales, product development, HR and finance
This is a highly collaborative role, ideal for a lawyer who enjoys being embedded in the business and providing pragmatic, commercial advice.
