We are working with a growing private equity-backed technology business that is looking for a Legal Counsel to join its lean and collaborative legal team. The company offers data-led solutions and SaaS platforms to help modernise and simplify a complex sector.

This is a genuinely broad and engaging in-house role that would suit a commercially-minded lawyer who enjoys variety and wants to work closely with the business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a range of commercial and tech contracts, including SaaS
  • Advising on data protection, regulatory compliance and IP rights
  • Supporting the business on risk, disputes and general legal queries
  • Working closely with commercial and operational stakeholders
  • Contributing to internal policy and governance

  • Background in commercial contracts, ideally with exposure to SaaS or technology deals
