We work with a range of highly respected, integrated agencies with a commitment to creating outstanding customer experiences for their clients that produce results. More and more this means working with brands to create products and services as well as communications.

These are really exciting times for the integrated agency world which is growing apace as technology begins to catch up with intent and clients are able to present a more connected approach to their customers.

We’re looking for Account Directors from entry level to experienced with a range of agencies from independent startups to global networks and everything in between. Our agency clients are looking for candidates with a desire to drive success in client service.

Naturally, you’ll be managing and orchestrating client relationships and internal teams with the aplomb of experience you’ve gained at this level. You will also be looking to begin to take responsibility for leadership of your client and your team, influencing the wider direction of travel for the agency and the client’s business. You’ll be looking to play an active role in setting the agency culture, leading by example, and motivating and inspiring your clients and colleagues alike.
