Client Details:
our client is a global recruitment business who focus on construction, infrastructure, energy, power, and renewables sectors. They are part of a Fortune 500 business listed on the US Stock Exchange with a global office network. They are seeking an experienced principal recruiter to join their team and assist in winning business and filling jobs.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Placing candidates into established and newly developed accounts.
- Working on contract and permanent vacancies.
- Interviewing and registering suitable candidates.
- Ensuring all candidates undergo a "best candidate" experience.
- Working to pre agreed financial objectives.
- Arranging candidate interviews.
- Attending industry networking events.
- Being involved in business development.
- Mentoring and assisting with junior staff members.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience of working as a senior recruitment consultant within the energy, engineering, or data centre verticals.
- Experience of engaging with senior level stakeholders.
- Experience of winning new business and able to demonstrate successful billing figures.
- Excellent written skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player who is self-motivated and driven.
